Sena Hitson Finklea Sena Finklea was in the Chiefs' Color Guard from 1989-92 and served as a Row Leader in 1990 and as Color Guard Captain in 1991. Sena obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Communication Studies from FSU in 1992 and her Master’s in Communication in 1993. Upon her graduation from FSU, she attended The University of Mississippi (Ole Miss), graduating with a J.D. in 1996. It was during this time that she completed an internship with the Tallahassee Office of the State Attorney, which allowed her to serve on the Chiefs' graduate staff in 1995 as the Visual Coordinator for the combined Majorette and Color Guard squads.  From 1992-1998, Sena was a Color Guard instructor for several local high schools and was part of the FSU contingent that taught in the summers for Mid-Atlantic Band Camps at Ferrum College in Ferrum, Virginia, along with Dr. Patrick Dunnigan. She has been practicing law since 1996, specializing in representing and advising state and local law enforcement agencies and in training law enforcement officers on a variety of legal topics.  She is a Past President of the Florida Association of Police Attorneys. She also served as the President of the Home & School Association of Trinity Catholic School in 2013-14 and was a leader in getting a band program started at Trinity in 2015 for 5th-8th grade. She currently serves in the Lifeteen Choir at Good Shepherd Catholic Church. Sena has been an Officer for the MCA Board of Directors since 2010 as the Associate Director for Activities. She lives in Tallahassee with her husband, Jody, and her 3 Chiefs-in-Training, Sharon-Clare (14), Decater (12), and Trason (8).
