Curtis Falany

Curtis Falany played clarinet in several FSU bands in the late '60s. Those bands included the Marching Chiefs, Symphonic Band, Charlie Carter's reading band, and the Concert Band. Curtis was a row leader for the Chiefs, a member of Kappa Kappa Psi, a transcriber of parts from Charlie's arrangements for Chiefs, and served for several years as recording engineer for the FSU bands. Curtis and Jo Ellen, also a Chief, currently reside in Plant City, FL where he is president and principal engineer of J.B. Shepherd & Company, Inc
