The Registration Fee is $60 and covers the following:

• Tailgate food/drinks for FSUMCA member
• Game entry for FSUMCA member (you don't need a ticket)
• Seat in the MCA stadium seating block for FSUMCA member
• The opportunity to march with the MCA at Pre-Game and Halftime
• Other FSUMCA Homecoming overhead costs for our group

1 - Monday, October 1, 2018 at 11:59 pm - HALFTIME:

• Deadline to register if you want a spot in the Chiefs/MCA halftime show.
• The COM needs our numbers for each section then to ensure enough spots are allotted for us.

2 - Sunday, October 7, 2018 at 11:59 pm - ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES!!

• Registrations after this date and time are considered LATE and subject to an additional $30 fee.

3 - Friday, October 19, 2018 AT 6 PM - LATE REGISTRATION CLOSES!!

• There will be no late registrations after this time due to new security measures and regulations imposed by the University.
• This means NO GAME DAY REGISTRATIONS!

Please see below for what to do if you miss the October 7, 2018 ONLINE registration deadline.

To register LATE, you must:

• Send an e-mail to [email protected] with your registration information BEFORE Friday, October 19, at 6 pm.
  • You must receive a response to be a CONFIRMED late registrant.
• Bring cash or check for the full amount, plus a $30 late fee, to packet pick-up on Friday 10/19.
  • We cannot process late registrations on game day - this must be handled at Friday's packet pick-up.
• Already have an FSUMCA shirt to get into the stadium, or take your chances at packet pick-up (no guarantees that any will be available by then).

THERE WILL BE NO GAME-DAY REGISTRATION FOR ANY REASON!!

Due to the increase in security/regulations from the University, we cannot add any late registrants after Friday, October 19, 2018.

• REMEMBER:
  • Register by October 1 if you want a guaranteed spot in the halftime show!

If you need to cancel your registration and would like a refund, please email us at [email protected].

• Please include your emailed registration confirmation and your registration date.
• We will contact the FSU Foundation on your behalf to cancel your registration and seek a refund.
• Refunds typically take 3-5 business days, depending on your card company, to post back to your account.
• We cannot request refunds after October 8, 2018 as we will have already submitted counts and payments to vendors.
• Any cancellations after October 1, 2018 will be processed AFTER Homecoming.

In 2018, there is an "couples" option for your registration. 

• You are not required to register separately or pay separately.
• You can use this option for any 2 family members/friends as long as both of you were in Chiefs and are registering as FSUMCA members to attend Homecoming.

Unfortunately, No. The one-time Registration Fee for this event is $60 for all MCA members.

• The costs of Homecoming are covered only by member Registration Fees - all members share the overall cost for Homecoming weekend.
• Your $60 Registration Fee includes a complimentary ticket to the MCA Tailgate Party, so you do not need to buy a tailgate ticket for yourself.
• The $30 Tailgate Fee is only for guests of the paid members.

Unfortunately, No. You must pay the $60 MCA registration fee.

• The costs of Homecoming are covered only by our Homecoming Registration Fees - we all share the costs involved with Homecoming Weekend.
• Your $60 Registration Fee includes a complimentary seat in the MCA seating block, so you do not need to buy a game ticket for yourself.
• Only MCA members who have paid the full $60 Registration Fee can order the $20 Guest Game Tickets (LIMIT 3).

The FSU ticket office gave us a certain number of seats in our guest seating block. These seats are only for guests of our marching/playing members.

Packet pick-up info:

• Friday, October 19, 2018: 4:00 – 6:00 pm
• Outside the south gate of Chiefs Field

 PLEASE make every effort to pick up your packet on FRIDAY!

• If you can’t be there at that time, please ask someone to pick it up for you ON FRIDAY.
• MCA HC Committee Volunteers will not have much time to assist you on Saturday morning - we have to be at the music and field rehearsals that morning with everyone else.

Your registration packet will contain the following:

  • It must be ATTACHED to your UNIFORM POLO shirt and VISIBLE to FSU Ticket Office Staff.

• Booster lots will be closed to the public. DO NOT park in a Booster lot. You will be towed!

  • Call Street Garage (corner of Call St./Macomb/Tennessee; near the College of Music) - limited, but a good place to park and then call a taxi.

• Marching over to the stadium:
  • After Skull Session (baseball stadium), we line up in a block on the baseball field directly behind Chiefs (MCA members only, not guests; see below for entry/seating for our guests).
  • We follow the Chiefs through the back gate of the baseball complex and over to the stadium.
    • PLEASE NOTE: Our MCA block must stay directly behind the Chiefs to keep the path to the stadium clear.
• Entering the stadium:
  • We go through the gate right behind the Chiefs.
  • Once inside the stadium, we DO NOT follow the Chiefs to their section.
  • A route to our seating block will be clearly marked.
• MCA Seating Block:
  • Our seating block will probably be Section 118, two sections to the right of Chiefs, but the Seminole ticket Office may change this - will update ASAP.
    • We will go to the rows marked for our instrument sections and be seated.
    • This allows everyone to be seated quickly so we don’t waste time standing in the aisles before Pre-Game.
    • After we are seated, we can move around as space allows.

FSUMCA Uniform Information:

• To enter the stadium with the FSUMCA, you must have the the correct FSUMCA uniform shirt.
  • Otherwise, you will have to have a valid game ticket to enter the stadium.
• To sit in the FSUMCA Seating Block and get onto the field to march, you must have the correct FSUMCA uniform shirt.
  • You cannot sit in the Block without the correct shirt, even if you have a valid game ticket.
• Old FSUBAA shirts are NOT ALLOWED.
• If you have an FSUMCA uniform shirt, you do not have to order a new one.

FSUMCA Uniform Requirements:

• Playing Members:  Garnet FSUMCA Uniform Shirt & Khaki pants, shorts, or capris.
  
• Color Guard:          COLORGUARD Uniform Shirt (order link below) and Black pants, short, or capris.

EACH GUEST’S TICKET MUST BE SCANNED BY THE TICKET OFFICE! 

• Walking over to the stadium:
  • Our guests will follow behind our block over to the stadium.
  • VERY IMPORTANT: Our guests cannot march over in the MCA block with us!!
  • If you want, you may walk over with your guests, behind the MCA block, but do not attempt to bring them into the MCA block (see below).
  • If you want to march with the MCA but have guests needing assistance (children, etc.), please bring an adult guest to escort them with the other guests.

• Entering the Stadium:
  • Please remember:  GUESTS CANNOT ENTER THE STADIUM GATE WITH THE MCA! 

• DO NOT try to smuggle your guests into the stadium with us!
  • This will jeopardize our standing with the Ticket Office and we will most likely lose our HC privileges if there are any violations this year.
  •  If you do, we will pull YOU and your non-MCA guest(s) from our block. PLEASE DO NOT PUT US IN THAT POSITION!
    • You will not be allowed to enter the stadium with us.
    • You will have to purchase a game ticket elsewhere to enter the stadium.
    • You will not be allowed to sit in the MCA seating block.
    • There will be no exceptions. These rules were set by the University and we must comply with them. 

• After the Chiefs and MCA enter the stadium, the Ticket Office will close our gate to set it up for the general public. 
  • Our guests must wait outside the stadium with the public for the gate to re-open; then, they must have their tickets scanned to enter the stadium.
  • Guests do NOT have to use the same gate that we do.
    • With their game tickets, they can use any gate, and go in at any time; before or after, but not with us.

• Inside the Stadium:
  • The Seminole Ticket Office has not assigned us a seating section yet, but it will probably be Section 118.
  • Last year, our guests’ seats were in Section 118 with us; we will update this page ASAP as soon as we know where they put the MCA and where they put our guests.
  • We will mark the areas of the section where the MCA playing members will sit, apart from our guests.

• PLEASE NOTE: Our guests cannot sit on our side of the seating block!!
  • Our seating block area is only for MCA members wearing the required uniform with the 2018 name badge, to ensure that there is enough room for our members  AND instruments.
  • DO NOT try to smuggle your guests into our area of the section, into the MCA seating block!
  • If you do, we will pull YOU and your non-MCA guest(s) from the seating block. PLEASE DO NOT PUT US IN THAT POSITION!
    • You will lose your 2018 name badge and will not be allowed to return to the MCA seating block.
    • There will be no exceptions. These rules were set by the University and we must comply with them.
• ANOTHER OPTION:
  • In addition to your $60 HC registration fee, you may purchase a $20 game ticket for yourself in the guest area of the section if you want to sit with your guests.
  • Each guest will have a game ticket with an assigned row & seat, like any other game ticket, so you can’t just squeeze in.
