2014 FSU MCA HOMECOMING SURVEY
Fellow Marching Chiefs Alumni:
Before the afterglow of participating in the 2014 Marching Chiefs Alumni Band fades too much, the FSUMCA Board of Directors and the Homecoming Committee want to know about your homecoming experience.
The purpose of this survey is to identify what things worked well during homecoming and the areas that can be improved upon. We would appreciate if you could take a few minutes to complete the attached survey. Your feedback will be used to help make FSU Homecoming better than ever before.
Please remember, we know your time is valuable. Ours is too. The FSUMCA is sincerely looking for helpful feedback. Please leave constructive comments only. Complaining with no helpful suggestions will only slow down the process.

The FSUMCA Membership has voted to change the name for our organization to:
Marching Chiefs Alumni.
At Homecoming 2013, the membership submitted their votes and the name change initiative became official. It is important to note that the overall purposes of our organization HAS NOT CHANGED.
We exist to support the Band Programs of Florida State University.
Since last fall, we have assisted the COM in its Fund Raising efforts to complete the Marching Chiefs Instrument Campaign with the goal to replace all school provided instruments by the Fall of 2014. In April, you might have participated during the Spring 36 hour Great Give campaign, where we helped the Fund raise the largest amount of money and exceed the campaign goal of $5000 by 378%!! We raised a total of $18,890, which earned us a $1000 bonus for a grand total of $19,890.
We are now gearing up for the next project; to help establish an endowment for a Marching Chiefs Travel Fund. Go to: http://one.fsu.edu/chiefstravel and read about how you can "Help the Chiefs Play on the Road"
They've been called the band that never lost a half-time show, and they're among Florida State's most recognized ambassadors, but it costs a lot of money to send one of the world's largest marching bands on the road.
You can help ensure the Marching Chiefs can attend future away football games by contributing online to the College of Music's new endowed band travel fund.
Contact the Board
If you have questions, you can contact any board member or officer through the FSUMCA site. Clicking on a board member's name will take you to a page with that member's information and e-mail link.
